KC Concepcion is embracing family and reconciliation this holiday season as she opened up about recently reconnecting with her mother, Sharon Cuneta, after the latter previously described their relationship as “estranged.”
Concepcion took to Instagram to wish her followers a Merry Christmas, as she shared that she recently had a meaningful conversation with Cuneta and reflected on the magic her mom brings to the holidays.

“For this year’s Christmas season, I’m taking my quiet space to pray, reflect, recharge, reset, and look forward to the blessings I know God has in store for me (and my family)! I know nanjan lang si God para samin and magiging ok ang lahat (God is always there for us and everything will be okay). Especially between my mama and me,” she said.

You’re the first person I ever met and ever loved; it’s because of you that I’m here today,” she wrote on Instagram. “Trust in the way you raised me—I will always strive to make you proud and feel that having me was worth it.”
